More team-building activities should be proactive

Sky Climber has been nothing but supportive of my goals and my family's needs. I love the team I work with and feel that the culture here is unique and driven by the individual personalities that comprise the team. Despite the TOP team being located so far from SC headquarters, I feel that the team's efforts are always appreciated and valued by the company.

There is nothing I see as deficient that would need to be changed.
