Pros
You get to fly some of the most elite business professionals, athletes, entertainers, and politicians in the world. Decent benefits (given a 90 day probation period) You get flex time depending on whether or not you work nights or weekends. If you love aviation or private jets in general its cool to watch planes take off and land every day One of the sales managers is awesome and shows grace under fire every time a major issue occurs
Cons
No direct deposit.... Training??? You might as well pick up an aeronautical engineering textbook, speed read and pray that you retained it all. Very little support from management. Was offered a "Sales" position and not ONCE have I nor my fellow new-hire received a compensation plan nor a commission check for 2 months... Terrible lines of communication between management, sales, dispatch and scheduling Everyone except for accounting seems to be severely disorganized Their planes are always in maintenance or taken off of the schedule so its hard to sell and schedule charters when brokers are asking for specific planes and they're not available They talk to each other like animals. Open profanity and sexual expletives, blatant disrespect/yelling and bad attitudes. Complete lack of integrity and respect for fellow employees across the board Overworked and underpaid and it shows. It seems as though no one is really happy there. Like I said before....chaos at its finest
