Pros
SkyKick is a great company to work for. A collaborative and challenging environment stems from the fact that the company is a little 6 years old and in many facets acts like a startup. Everyone is passionate about the team and the work they do, in addition to an extremely fast and agile developer team, issues are reported and resolved fairly quickly. Through and through, the collaborative nature of the team makes working at SkyKick feel like you are part of a big family.
Cons
Though working here makes you feel like you are part of a family, it seems this family is not without their own communication issues or knowledge gap limitations. As SkyKick's product is built in-house and completely proprietary, most of the training program for the Support Team consists of shadowing and on-the job training. With a heavy emphasis on internal knowledge, it takes quite some time to ramp up at this organization. Furthermore, due to the startup culture, the existing "feedback loop" is relatively non-existent or has yet to be built, or if you feel one exists, you could be way off.
