Pros
- Pay can be competitive depending on role
Cons
Pretty much every thing else. - Management is either completely disengaged or micro-managing every keystroke - No culture to speak of, very little employee appreciation, everyone is miserable - Relationship with parent company Choice is miserable. They don’t include Skytouch on updates or needs until it’s an emergency, despite their constant insistence “it’s the same company”. - Projects just to have projects, everyone is just doing busy work that ultimately doesn’t matter. - C-Level execs wildly out of touch, it’s too much to even type here but they just don’t care about their employees. - Bad, convoluted, expensive healthcare, raises & bonuses are gone. - Open floor plan is horrible, you can hear everything on the floor from your desk at any given time. The office in general is a disaster, everything is cheap IKEA furniture and in constant states of broken, from doors to elevators to fire alarms, food options suck around the office as well. - Tying to the office issues above, they insisted for return to work but none of the C-Levels, directors or managers seem to be enforced by that but have no issues demanding it from regular employees. - The only way to move up is to leave the company, have management realize how important you are, and get rehired. Saw it happen countless times.
