      Great exec leadership team, fun culture Incredibly complex engineering challenges Extremely bright + humble coworkers (very few ego's or empire builders)

      Cons

      Typical ambitious start up issues - aggressive timelines, broad scope, things rarely feel "done" Rapid growth comes with it's own issues (but the org is actively recognizing and resolving these growing pains)

      Pros

      - Lots of hard problems to solve and you get to work with a lot of smart people. - You make real decisions making real impact in the world - Business seems to be growing quickly

      Cons

      - Not great comp. Can lead to lost talent, given talent is mobile and the market is on fire for all star engineers (which skydio has). - lots of talented people have left over the years. Low bus factors across the engineering orgs which induces strain on engineers.
