      Aggressive schedules and resource constraints can lead to long days. The hard work feels rewarding seeing successful product launches

      Pros

      - Lots of hard problems to solve and you get to work with a lot of smart people. - You make real decisions making real impact in the world - Business seems to be growing quickly

      Cons

      - Not great comp. Can lead to lost talent, given talent is mobile and the market is on fire for all star engineers (which skydio has). - lots of talented people have left over the years. Low bus factors across the engineering orgs which induces strain on engineers.
