- Ok salary - No one will touch you as this is a state owned company (Monopoly), most of people do not work and wait retirement.
Cons
- Management live in the age of when they joined the company, because after that, they stopped working. - 90% of the job is outsourced to consultancy companies, they know the low bar, so they send the worst of the worst - No innovation or talents, if you have 5% of brain, do not come.As example, we still deploy manually on windows servers ... - Management is arrogant, some of them they never joined a real company. - Politics and no possibilities of carrier.
