If you ever heard management say they'd do whatever it takes for money, you better believe they'd do w-h-a-t-e-v-e-r it takes. Bad office politics, ego-driven decisions, and plenty of short-tempered, stressed staff. The work environment is stressful and non-conducive. It's loud, disorganized, and filled with staff who are both slow and overworked. Your first three months will be the honeymoon phase, but after that, no, they don’t care about you. Keep applying.
