Minimal Work-Life balance, Lots of expectations, but Growing - Anonymous employee Skyworks Solutions Employee Review

Investors have bar set very high for this company. Used to exponential growth and cost cutting every quarter. While a good number have been there for 10+ years, can't assume job is secure. Not new hire friendly. High learning curve, and almost non-existent training and procedures available.T here are a lot of changes within the organization that may not always consider every employee.
