Slack really does make my working life simpler, more pleasant, more productive. + Communication - Given our size, leadership does a good job of communicating with employees and ensuring that everyone is along for the ride. +Passion - It's a pretty big love fest around here. - Compensation - Given that we are attracting the best and brightest I think the pay should be more competitive. Our benefits are very good, not best in class, but very good.
