Don’t trust the positive reviews you see on this company, they were "generated" at the strong suggestion of management to counter the truthful, not-so-favorable reviews. And, the reviews were authored by the office cliques.
Cons
1. Extreme favoritism to a select few, who are allowed to work from home, come in late and take long lunches. 2. No real opportunities for advancement. 3. Overtime is "forbidden." 4. Employee spying. 5. Micromanagement.
