Low salary £15,000-£19000 case assistant/handler salary 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays Treat staff like slave workers No gratitude for anything you do Money-driven corporation who doesn't care for its staff Office of loud, angry employees (customer service is atrocious) Staff turnover is ridiculously high, people have started and left after a week or so Experienced graduates being put in low paid, low responsibility jobs in name and being responsible for the next tier role in practice for a lower wage. (Too many files for each staff member - 400 per individual). Taking on law graduates and LPC students for purely administrative call-centre roles. Bonus scheme for SOME teams but not all. There was such little supervision (through lack of sufficient amounts of managers employed and masses of caseloads) that people did the bare minimum and got away with it without being sacked for 6 months.
