      Close to management, Managers do not micromanage, there is always something to learn and to do if you search for it, Easy to be promoted if you hustle while remaining cordial with colleagues, every day is different

      Cons

      pay is less than that of a McDonald's worker, most front desk agents have college degrees, owners need to invest money back into the building, supplies, always short-staffed
