Pros

If you like being micromanaged, great place

Cons

It's honestly annoying being micromanaged by them. And it's like everyday is a 30min lecture over a call even if I didn't say anything about it. I'm just kinda done. 1 week and this micromanaging is getting OLD, this is part of why I didn't want to work for previous employers, and even selling insurance they didn't try a sales pitch AND lecture daily. If I wanted that, I would've liked my old boss.

Pros

Good training program for orientation.

Cons

Support was non existent after the initial training. No answered calls, texts, or emails. Kind of hard to sell when you have no support.
