      Pros

      Great CFI's and the company was expanding and improving to be the best. The Co-CEO's are great guys who listen and take care of their staff and know the world of Aviation quiet well. The Academy is well planed and will have you where you want to be in less than 9 months if you put your mind to it.

      Cons

      -Impacted with CFI's -No Variety in Fleet -Very little to no IMC flight training due to fleet

      Horrible management that has created a culture where people are scared to bring up safety concerns out of fear of retaliation
