      Good benefits, staff are mostly committed, lots of space. Pay is good for the field.

      Working in child care during the pandemic is just hard. Nobody gets rich in ECE.

      High staff turnover rate, inconsistent treatment from administration, favoritism, very very little time for teachers to collaborate.
