      Needing a job in the social work field, building relationship with families and friends. Gaining knowledge in the very fast paced industry of social work

      Cons

      Pay is low and doesn't move much. Even if you apply as full time, you will start at part time. Very high turnover and you will be over worked and under valued. You are salary so you will work more than 40 but only get paid for 40

      Great programming, supervisory staff is also wonderful.

      Cons

      CEO is NOT an effective leader. There is no communication and no vision or mission. Work here at your own risk.
