They use the latest Development development methodologies like OKRs and follow Lean Startup methodology quite closely, also have a clever "impose a paid subscription" mechanism.
Cons
This company is akin to a cult, you are either a part of it or an outsider. New hires are suggested to leave 5-star reviews on GlassDoor and other websites right after joining. Also, this is the only company where after leaving the company tens of my new colleague connections from SmallPdf disconnected as contacts on Linked-in, I have never seen anything quite like it. Only a single person told me she was sorry to see me go. I cannot recommend this company.
