Pros

Pretty paid back culture.....They bump music (very loudly, too loud sometimes), hit their vapes at their desks. Lots of young people to chat with at lunch. The base pay isn't terrible and the schedule whilst training was solid, (10-4). They usually buy lunch a few times a week. My manager was actually really chill and easy to talk to. They were the only bright spot to me.

Cons

I was lied to by the recruiter who told me I would work a hybrid schedule after 60-90 days....they were no laptops in sight.....Cold calling people that have been harassed on a weekly basis and have already asked to be removed from their call list. Instead of doing so, the reps will just hang up and put that person's # back in the queue. Younger females touch and flirt with older manager's in clear view of other associates and it's creepy. HR and any kind of foundational support do not exist. When asked about this, you get the typical corporate response of "I'll get back to you".

Pros

If you need something for a month or two to get by, then why not. Other than that nothing

Cons

They claim $20 an hour but find ways not to pay all of yours. commission structure changes and they find ways not to pay commissions. When you leave they will not pay you out on what you are owed. Very immoral, unethical and illegal practices by many of the sales reps. There is a total bait and switch on their marketing and people led to believe they are getting $6,400 for signing up which is a lie, it pays for the insurance; however many of the reps lie and say if they sign up they will get $6,400 in a check or gift card. Reps are taught to just get them into anything so many will not put them into the best insurance program or change them to a bad one just to get a sale. Very bad business practices
