Free food and coffee pet friendly interesting projects good teammates some really good clients will learn a ton - especially earlier in your career
Cons
the whole experience depends on your projects. If you have a good client and project vs. an intense client timeline and sucky client. Some times work hours are easy, and you will do happy hour and hang out at free lunches and will be the best job you have. And some projects are intense and long hours.
