Pros
Everyone employee at Smart Dolphins is included as part of the team, and lots of effort goes into keeping people connected, accountable, and supported if they're ever feeling stuck. I was lucky enough to join early on and witness the company grow and evolve, and throughout the years the focus was always to offer the best service possible to customers. I've been at jobs where the culture is to play victim and blame the customer whenever convenient, but at Smart Dolphins this was discouraged and instead when things got stressful in any way, the team was there to help find a solution. So many jobs don't have an outlet for someone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, etc, but I always had someone to talk to when these situations came up. That's probably why many of the people I started with are still there years later. Management puts lots of effort into making sure the whole team is as healthy as possible.
