Pros
Great environment to work in. The overall culture there makes it a fun experience. The main concern is making sure the customer is satisfied, happy, and that they feel they were treated fairly and with respect. Because of this approach, there is no high pressure up-selling or trying to push products or services on customers that are not needed. If you’re a computer enthusiast, then this place is great place to work. To be able to “play” with the latest and greatest computer components and build some of the best gaming PC’s I’ve ever seen. Attention to detail to PC builds is key though as to make sure that a defective computer never leaves the shop. Again, going back to ensuring a great customer experience.
Cons
Because it’s a small local place, room for advancement is limited. Pay is good compared to other local PC Shops that I’ve worked at, but there is no real benefits, although that mostly true of a lot of the local PC shops here in Tucson.
