We thank you for writing a review but we are disappointed to read that you wouldn't recommend Smart Teachers to a friend. Our holiday entitlement of 25 days, increasing a day for each year of service worked is considered favourable and many of our staff enjoy 30 days holiday. Benefits include a generous pension scheme, reduced hours during the school holidays, summer parties and team competitions and incentives. We also offer staff free breakfast each day and exclusive staff discounts. Smart has always been a close-knit team and enjoy working in a modern open-plan office where each team work together collectively. We encourage staff to take responsibility for their own ‘desk’ with the support needed to grow. As a small business, we believe that everyone should take pride in the office, which includes looking after the facilities provided, taking care of the office and candidates when they come to register.
