Pros
- Fully remote work - Direct employee management have a human approach - There are some great talent / coworkers in the company (I hope they can keep most of them)
Cons
- Even though there are some efforts to improve it, organisational communication is comically bad. We're not being notified when employees are leaving (unless employee in question says it in public chat rooms). - There are more silos than I've seen in companies 10 times bigger. For a ~100 employees company, we barely get updates from people we work with... even less with colleagues from different departments. - Since the recent mergers after aquiring other companies, overall direction has been uneven and quite opaque. They claim transparency, but it feels it's just for shows... Transparent about high level information, but when it times to get in the details, it's more the opposite. - Lots of high level employee with long tenure are leaving / left due to higher management decisions.
