Lovely people with a good mission - Head of HR SmartKem Employee Review

None as they haven't a clue how to treat the staff. The top management are useless and we always run out of finances.

We have had no funding for nearly a year now and now they tell us we are being let go of without any notice so probably going bust in the UK . Yet they have just loaned another USA company 2 Million Dollars. This sounds really out of order and needs looking at .They stash money here and let all UK staff go . They have just watered down everyone's shares now so they are worthless as well. Looks like fraud to me . Never ever invest in this company or SmartKem Inc as the same buffoons running it.

Reasonable pay; mostly acceptable office/lab environment.

Where to start? Lied to constantly about company direction and advancement. Worst of all I was promised a significant payout when the company was sold, however I never received a single penny due to their gross incompetence.
