      The leadership team is approachable, easy to communicate with, and very responsive when addressing concerns.

      Cons

      There are no leave credits. It would be great if contractors who have been with the company for more than six months could receive at least 4–6 leave credits as a reward for loyalty and consistently meeting KPIs. Overall, the company does a great job when it comes to compensating its contractors.

      Some of the best reasons to work at SmartSetter is the flexibility and the understanding of the management, i really love how easy to stay connected with everyone regarding anything you need.

      Till today to be honest i still didn’t see any downside.
