Salary before time - you can expect salary on 26th to 28th of the each month.
Cons
1> Toxic workculture and office politics by QA managers and ancient employees who are working there for more than 2 decades. 2> Very poor leave policy - you can't take leave in first three months of joining, not even sick leave. Salary deducted for the leaves. 3> Recruiters and HR Personals are unprofessionsal and liars. Before joining they will tell you 3 day from WFO but once you joined you manager decides that mostly they will ask you to come down for 5 days a week. 4> Unrealistic ETA expectations from resources. Mostly they give dealines not ETA. 5> HR ask new joiners to give positive feedback, so beware of all positive reviews of it, mostly are compromised. 6> Mostly, they fire people within probation period, so you cant ask for severance package. 7> Unclear or vague expectation set by manager at start of your joining that while at end of probation they will tell you are not doing as per their expectations. NOT able to tell you the genuine evidences of your performance if you ask them. 8> Unconvenient office location. 9> No cafeteria. 10> No feedback given to employee who ask it for each month of probation period. They will surprise you on last day of probation period.
