Pros
- Great people, I can not stress enough how amazing and wonderful the people actually doing the work were. - good resume builder - lower management was often understanding and willing to be flexible
Cons
- bad product. The internet service they provide often had major issues, and customers had little choice in using their service due to what can be described at best as noncompetitive contracts signed with property management. It was often difficult working with a customer knowing that their issue was systemic and realistically would not be fixed in a timely matter. Finally, a handful of locations had prices and extras that could honestly count as a scam. - little room to grow. opportunities to gain more knowledge and skills were often promised but in reality was limited to informal coaching from other team members, who were already busy. - upper management was bad. There was a heavy emphasis on customer service* which is great, however there's only so much you can do to shine the turd they forced on these customers. *the focus was misguided on superficial things, mostly getting customers to leave reviews. I personally believe this to be a marketing tactic to bury honest reviews on the poor product from prospective properties.
