Pros
None as you can see there are positive reviews from technical team members only as they are the only ones encouraged. A very small company of 3 friends, few people are working here from last 10-15 years and doing frauds.
Cons
The upper management travels international using money of employees and the employees never get the promised incentives. At the end they give excuse that there was not any profit received. If you see their technical team is same from years and business team keeps on changing as no incentive or hike is given to them. I have left the company 4 years back and till now my dues are not cleared even after continuous follow ups. Even court case is filed against them for the same but they are very thick skin people who just enjoy using employees' money.
