Pros
Gentle, passive-aggressive (like most Canadians) management. Allegedly good technology in concept, appears to work well in some environments but has not been vetted by any qualified independent engineering firm. Produces savings, but not as much as advertised.
Cons
This is a public company; look at the financials: they have been in business for about 10 years. In that time, they raised $20 million from investors and sold about $25 in product. That's an average inflow of about $4.5 million in cash/year yet the company has never made money, sales have dropped off a cliff in the past 3 years and has essentially been insolvent for most of the past 2 years. They are trying to raise money again. Keep your wallet closed. The company has no strategy, no sales force, no marketing and the management has proven to be totally incompetent. If I were a shareholder, I would demand the heads of management on a platter.
