CEO has positive outlook and talks to each and every employee. Colleagues are good and friendly nature. Every friday there is a fun activity for those who are interested.
Cons
Worst HR ever. Need to keep each and every conversation/request/problem on mail otherwise it may take 3-4 months to get resolved. Never seen such a bunch of slackers at one place. Had joined the company by looking at 4.4 rating on glassdoor. Was informed by previous employees that HR had asked to fill up the review with good ratings so new people can join. Please please please dont believe this cumulative glassdoor rating. A simple proof of this could be new employee ids start from 1200 and the total strength of the company is still 250-300 after 9 years. Policies are not employee friendly, I was troubled till the last minute of my employment for processing relieving duties.
