Pros
The employers are correct and nice. The rules are always clear for everybody.
Cons
The monthly hours are low, you don't gain much money since the service demand is kinda poor. The amount of hours and the shifts to work change every month or every two months, so you can't organize neither your personal life nor your expenses.
