I worked in smartinfologiks approx 3 months. What i found in 3 months :- 1 :- No career growth. 2:- No company growth. 3:- Very Poor Management. 4:- Suppose you are hard working guy and if you wanna to learn somthing then you will never get time to learn somthing new rather then working on some stupid projects. 5:- pre-planing of the projects, i think never have been done. 6:- Let me tell you what kind work you will get to work . A:- Rename from client to customer ...you will get these kind of task 20 times while you working with them because they are thinking that we are extra smart...and what ever we are doing its totally deferent from others even not existing in the world(thinking like this). If i say....really its does not matter what are you doing , its matter what you are achiving.
