Thank you for leaving a review and giving a nod of support to our pay structure and CEO vision. While we actively strive to eliminate bias across the talent lifecycle, we recognize that we're on a constant journey of progress. Ultimately, we must continue to embed DEI in all our ways of working and raise our collective awareness, understanding, and action, including having clear and well understood processes and policies in place to ensure equitable and inclusive recruiting, promotion, opportunity, and development across the talent lifecycle. To that end, we are enhancing our DEI hiring practices through hiring manager training, interview training, and recruiting initiatives in order to have representation of diversity across teams and throughout levels.
