CRRs have a large network that they can connect with to discuss strategy and plans. Regional managers are friendly and helpful.

The workload is often unrealistic and there are weekly and month reports that request redundant information. Systems don't talk to each other and the data can be difficult and time consuming to locate. The position has become less marketing and more sales-driven. There are few opportunities for growth within the sales/marketing team.
