Terrible unethical CO - Anonymous employee Smile Finders Employee Review

I had a great experience, the staff had a positive attitude. Managers are closer to the employees. My paycheck was appropriate for the economic market. I moved so I had to change my job, really regret !!!!

I had only a good experience so nothing comes to me for cons. this company has everything to built a career. A lot people are here from many years. it is like a family business.

The only good things were the pay and the marketing manager that I reported to.

Co-workers will steal your intellectual property and get credit for it. You will work and everyone will question your work ethic. I was in business development and had to change locations because of technical glitches, and IT was not accountable (and should have been accountable). I was not reimbursed for mileage for driving from Lawndale to Ontario. The owner puts the micro in micromanager. She will shoot you evil looks if you happen to be at the same restaurant she's in and will not acknowledge you. The office environment is toxic; coworkers will backstab you.
