I've had the privilege of working at this practice for over 16 years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I started as a junior dental assistant and was fortunate to be given many opportunities to grow professionally over the years. From the beginning, I was supported by a team that genuinely cares about each other and the quality of care we provide. Management encouraged learning and development, which allowed me to build my skills and confidence, eventually advancing in my role. The work environment is collaborative and positive we celebrate each other's successes and pull together during challenges. There’s a strong sense of purpose in what we do, and I’ve always felt valued as a team member. There are plenty of opportunities to stand out and grow with the practice. I have been with the group for many years and have enjoyed being a part of the supportive team environment that strives to be the best in the dental industry.

It is a fast-paced practice and requires everyone to do their part to ensure we continually provide the best standard in patient care. It may seem daunting at first but with the support of our senior team members, the initial challenge of learning the ropes can quickly and easily be overcome.
