Pros
Lots of Agile methodologies in use, and pairing is a great way to get mentored and lean mentoring skills. Engineers are treated very well, and it's a great working environment. Got to work with some amazing people and had an unreasonable amount of fun doing so. Their product is definitely a rewarding thing to be working on, and customers really love it.
Cons
At first it can be pretty overwhelming being in the middle of an open floor plan with no separation between departments, and noise bleed can be an issue. I found myself liking it after I got used to it, though. Parent company puts some restrictions on perks management is allowed to give, and there's some bundling that was going on that I felt like degraded the end user experience.
