      Friendly & intelligent colleagues. Great benefits - well above average, Pension with S+N contributions being upto 12%! Induction plan to get up to speed and not feel overwhelmed. Regular 1-1's with line manager. Hybrid working in certain roles. Feel genuinely well looked after.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
