      It is a privilege to be able to impact peoples lives on a daily basis by doing what we do best. I love what I do and everyday is a blessing. The care culture of Smith and Nephew ensures that we are well looked after and our voices are heard. We are all respected in what we do best and guided with kindness to ensure we all fit into the culture of the company. Best place to work!

      We work with patients' lives making what we do fast paced, longer hours and at some points very stressful.

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
