      At organisation level the company is very good. They give attractive benefits to employees. One time meals, travel facilities and company’s profit is shared among employees.

      Cons

      The company is a manager based organisation. If your manager is not good enough you may face difficulties here. All your company benefits, allowances and everything has to be approved my manager which may sometimes ignored.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
