Pros
Smith & Nephew has great benefits and great products. There is also good work/life balance for most fields. The company supports great charities.
Cons
Management decision making is questionable. Appreciation for employee loyalty seems to be lacking with no real focus on growth, development and promotional opportunities for "tenured" employees.
