Pros

Nothing positive comes to mind.

Cons

The workplace at Smooth Commerce is utterly exhausting. The pressure never lets up, with crushing workloads and impossible expectations leaving employees drained and demoralized. Support is almost nonexistent, so overtime isn’t optional—it’s unavoidable.

Pros

Honestly, the only pro is leaving with a story to tell about how bad leadership can really get.

Cons

This place is a circus, and not the fun kind. leadership is completely UNETHICAL, promising things they never deliver on, including salaries they later backpedal from. What you'll actually find is a chaotic environment where decisions are made on a whim and nobody takes responsibility. There's no structure and no respect for employees, just a culture of fear where people are tossed aside the moment budgets tighten. The codebase is a nightmare because the focus is always on speed over quality, which means you'll be stuck working with messy, broken systems that no one cares to fix. Forget about flexibility like working from home, just asking about it makes you a target. Communication is a joke, money is mismanaged, and the overall vibe is hostile and unstable. It's not a place where you can grow; it's a place where you're constantly waiting for the next bad decisions to land.

Pros

A few benefits that don't really make up for how miserable my experience was. Stay away.

Cons

Working here is incredibly stressful and frustrating because of how terrible communication here was! Employees spent more time fixing mistakes instead of making any progress because management is incredibly vague when it comes to setting expectations, and had zero transparency. They also got incredibly annoyed whenever you ask follow-up questions, so you're practically forced to read their minds! When we inevitably fail to meet their demands, they yell at us for being stupid, but don't actually tell us what we did wrong. I couldn't handle such a hostile work environment, so I left!
