Pros
There was nothing good about working there, unless you work at a different franchise store probably.
Cons
I felt discriminated against during my time there. The managers did not give me any shifts and said they were cutting employee hours 'cause the business wasn't doing too well. But they cut my shifts completely for at least a month or so without work/income, while my coworkers were all still working. I thought it was pretty unfair, being treated as a standby, because I didn't know when I'd get call in to work. Thus, I could not go anywhere far and can only stay home, thinking what if they call me in to work, etc. So I ended up quitting.
