Pros
It will be a paycheck; but you will be stuck, because you absolutely can NOT trust your boss in AP to be honest about your good attitude and good work. Moving on will, therefore, be more difficult. There are many lovely people here who, like most all of us, need the paycheck, and I wish them well...but they should try their best to move on.
Cons
Only the wretched think they are thriving here. If you're a kind, intelligent, helpful, and optimistic kind of person, you will 100% hate it here. Your energy will be sapped dealing with people who survive off of gossip and drama - outright lying and manipulation. This is not an exaggeration. You won't be able to avoid the extreme nonsense even if you wanted to. They very simply lie about you and try to manipulate you. This is the M.O. of insecure, dangerous people. These horrible people are the kind of haters who hate. They hate to see other people do well and be happy. Misery is a serious game to them - it's all they know. I cannot stress it enough. Do NOT under any circumstances come here. It is a terrible place. I worry about the patients in all of the Windsor Care facilities. This is not good, people. Stay away.
