Pros

Not sure what to say here...nurses are the only people shown respect at all. Nursing facilities are subpar.

Cons

Windsor and SNF management are run by leaders who don’t walk the talk... the COO is big on “loving” his employees and the CFO posts constantly on LinkedIn about being a true leader but wait until you’re told you’re worthless once you’re hired by these same individuals... incredible! Treatment is based on your perceived value at the moment and employees are disposable. Favorites are so obvious.

Pros

You will have everything you need to get your job done and done efficiently. This company is pretty consistent with surviving in it's industry so there's not much concern for lay offs or change in direction with overall company.

Cons

You could be the smartest and have the more industry experience than the executives you work for but the owners will never know nor do they care. This is not a competitive company because the owners of the company only value those that praise them; yes - praise them. If you want a simple job to work for the rest of your life without reward or incentive or advancements in role and responsibility then this is the job for you. If you're happy with keeping your head down and never receiving any reward or incentive, occasionally being blamed for things that management discovers later it was their fault and not yours then this is the job for you. Treat the owners and management like they're all Michael Jackson and they might say good morning to you or acknowledge that you exist from time to time. There's a big fat hierarchy here, and if you try to change it or get recognized for making a process better then you're looking for trouble.
