      Pros

      Good pay. Easy work and great work life balance. You get to see your territory and meet a lot of cool people

      Cons

      Always changing. No advancement. They don’t always promote from within and can bring from the outside. This causes trouble since they are managing people while they’ve never done the job themselves

      Great opportunity to really sharpen your skills and be creative. Full control of your market Flexible schedule

      Some of the regional manager weren't being held accountable for their goals, therefore making it difficult for the area/ market managers to thrive and receive credit for their accomplishments.
