Pros

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: Since we're growing so quickly there's a ton of opportunity for promotions and lateral movements within the company. I've seen team members promoted from SDR to AE, AE to SAE, Member Success SMB to Enterprise, and movement from Operations to Marketing, SDR to Customer Success, Member Success to HR, Sales to Sales Management, and many more. AMAZING LEADERSHIP: Incredibly intelligent executive team who are true experts in their respective fields. They truly care about each team member, and each team member's development. INSPIRING & FUN PEOPLE: Everyone on our team shares a common goal of becoming the best version of ourselves, and everyone helps each other out -- a real team dynamic. Regardless of how hard we work, we're always having FUN! So many genuine friendships and best friendships have developed, so coming to the office doesn't seem like "work". Never thought I'd say I love going to work every morning! :) CULTURE OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: Big time focus on personal development because before people can develop professionally we must first focus on ourselves personally. Every week there's a team-wide personal development session (called Sensei Session) typically led by our CEO or COO. We like to say that "becoming is better than being". Every team member filled out an IDP (Individual Development Plan) and manager's hold team members accountable to achieving their goals, both personal and professional. Our company purpose is to help people become the best version of themselves!

Cons

There aren't any cons. It's a work hard; work smart; develop yourself; have fun type of culture, and everyone must carry their weight. Leadership holds very high expectations for themselves and thus they hold high expectations for the team. Only join our team if you're committed to working hard, becoming the best version of yourself, and elevating the team.
