      Got a lot of experience in different areas of cybersecurity.

      Cons

      Hard to get raise after you have developed new skills and responsibilities. Added responsibility with no additional pay. Didn’t get formal training in my cyber role.

      Everything else Management ignores feedback given to them by employees under the guise of "wanting feedback" Unfair expectations for the compensation given constant misunderstandings from management about upcoming items
