Pros
So far since I left, I would say this is the best company i worked for. Have strong culture, high trust level to employees, management know their stuff. Able to be very agile in the way the company is run
Cons
Scope now is too fixed, since the company is able to find angles of "safe" monetizations. Not much innovation
